Leah Dziamniski was born and raised in Hoover, Alabama. Even though she was raised a dedicated Alabama Crimson Tide fan (and still is to this day), she decided to take her passion for working with individuals with disabilities over to the State of Mississippi and attend Mississippi State University where she graduated in 2021 with an undergraduate degree in Special Education. During Leah’s time as an undergraduate student at MSU, she discovered her calling for the field Applied Behavior Analysis and graduated with her Masters degree in May of 2023. While obtaining her Masters degree, she worked as an RBT and, also, was a Graduate Assistant at the Autism and Developmental Disabilities Center at MSU. In August of 2023, Leah obtained her BCBA credential within the state of Mississippi. In her freetime, Leah loves to hangout with her husband Matt, her family, and her two dogs named Rosie and Rocky. Leah also loves to cook, watch SEC football, and take trips to new places.

Michelle Skinner is the Administrative Assistant at our Blue Sky Behavior Therapy clinic in Winona. She handles all of the administrative duties in our Winona clinic and ensures smooth daily operations of the clinic. Michelle grew up in Winona and has an Associate Degree in Billing and Coding. After many years of living away in Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Kansas, Michelle now lives back home in Winona with her husband John, sons Wheeler and Colton, and their 3 dogs, 4 cats, and 2 rabbits. Michelle enjoys listening to True Crime Podcasts, camping, fishing, traveling, learning about history, and spending time with her family.
