As our clinic grows, we are constantly considering candidates for the positions for Registered Behavioral Technicians and Behavior Analysts. For BCBAs:
provides training opportunities
encourages professional autonomy in treatment decisions
For RBTs
conducts training on-site - A combination of didactic and In-Vivo training allows our newest RBTs to learn the key concepts of ABA as well as receive hands-on training with clients simultaneously.
BCBAs are on-site and are able to provide support when needed in our clinical settings.
RBTs receive supervision anywhere from 14 -26% of their hours supervised per month. The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) expectation for RBT supervision is 5% per month.
