Neelima G. Duncan, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA

Dr. Neelima Duncan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Doctoral (BCBA-D) and a licensed Psychologist. She has experience in behavior assessment, intervention and consultation, staff/inservice training, and conducting educational eligibility assessments in both clinic-based and school-based settings.
She was first introduced to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2003 while completing her undergraduate degree in Psychology at Millsaps College. Dr. Duncan completed her doctorate in School Psychology at the University of Southern Mississippi. Her pre-doctoral internship was at the May Institute in Randolph, MA where she completed rotations in the Neurobehavioral and Autism units. Dr. Duncan is also active in the Behavior Analysis Association of Mississippi and served as the president (2017) and is current board member of the behavior analysis licensing board (Mississippi Autism Board).

Lucy K. Jones, BCBA, LBA

Lucy Kay Jones spent her childhood in Madison, MS, followed by an undergraduate time at Rhodes College in Memphis where she received a B.A. in Religious Studies. In 2016, she enrolled at The University of Texas in Austin and went on to achieve her Masters of Education in Early Childhood Special Education. Starting as an RBT at Blue Sky in July 2018, Lucy Kay soon completed her required experience hours and became a fully certified and licensed BCBA in November of 2019. She served as an Associate BCBA for two years before becoming Clinic Coordinator and a Senior BCBA with a focus on medically complex/severe behavior cases and AAC; while experienced with all ages, she's most excited when working with pre-teen and teenage clients. Lucy Kay's passion for working with special needs individuals is rooted in her formative years spent at Camp Bratton-Green's special session program, totaling 14 years of experience with special needs populations in a variety of settings. As Clinic Coordinator, Lucy Kay manages scheduling and onboarding, while as a Senior BCBA she supervises ABA graduate students and supports BCBAs. Lucy lives in Madison with her husband, children, Maggie and Wyatt. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys board games, sewing, reading organization books/blogs, Marvel superhero movies, and the Harry Potter books.
