Madilyn is a dedicated professional living in Ridgeland, Mississippi. She grew up in the Jackson area, where she developed a deep understanding and passion for working with children on the autism spectrum, inspired by her family's experiences with autism. This personal connection led Madilyn to pursue a career in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

While completing her Master’s in ABA at Mississippi State University, Madilyn started her career as an intern at the Winona location. Madilyn quickly gained valuable experience in the field. She then went on to serve as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at the Legacy Park location in Ridgeland, where she helped children develop key skills and behaviors. Upon becoming a licensed BCBA, Madilyn assisted in opening Blue Sky’s Timrick Plaza location, where she’s been working closely with clients and their families since June 2024. Madilyn is committed to helping others, particularly children with autism, thrive and reach their full potential. 

In her personal life, Madilyn enjoys going on walks, traveling, and trying new foods. Madilyn has a love for the outdoors and building relationships with a passion for serving others.
